Paul Mesburis is the Senior Portfolio Manager and Chief Compliance Officer of Excel Investment Counsel Inc., and has more than 15 years of investment experience. On the buy-side, his previous roles have included Portfolio Manager of an equity mutual fund focusing on Canadian and US equities. On the sell-side, his investment experience includes investment banking, M&A and institutional equity research. Mr. Mesburis is a Chartered Accountant (Ontario) and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
